I am Swapnil Potdar 

Everybody says I am different and I am no exception !!

But I have reasons to say I am different.
I have certain charateristics that are rare.
I am interested in virtually each and every aspect of the universe
I can watch any channel on the television,
it may be news,sports,science,art,politics,education,entertainment,movie, music... anything.

Being a cusp (born between the edges of the sunsigns )
I have all the dual qualities and I have characteristics of both the signs!That makes me take interest in nature and beauty as well as stock market at the same time !

I am a very social person. I love people, I love friendship, I love to be in the people !

Well I think I am quite a romantic guy (people think otherwise). But I am yet to feel it. I would love to fall in love !
But I dont think that is possible ! 
just because its very difficult to get a girl who is that much enthusiastic about life!

Due to all these characteristics, I have been in the extra curriculars more than education since childhood I was an average  student in school and college.Everybody knew that I am gifted with some extra brain. but I could never convert that in marks though.

So I was above all in Sports, Music and all sorts of fun rather than studyinhg math ( I still hate it like anything).

I was very interested in Histry and Language. I had read more books than my teacher had !
When I was in Xth, I had read almost all the famous books in histry as well as marathi literature.
But couldnot score enough to get through Engineering or medicine. SO I chose Zoology for my graduation.
At the same time I had completed my graduation in indian Clasical Music and I worked as a music teacher in a school for three years while I was doing BSC Zoology. The job brought me the money, and more importantly the responsibilities !

I studied a bit in BsC and got through the entrance exam to join MSC Bioinformatics in Bioinformatics Centre, University of Pune.

I completed my MSc in June 2004. It was a huge change in me in two years as a Zoology graduate from a small town to Bioinformatics Centre, Pune and then to join Persistent- a leading IT company.

Many things have changed, but there is one thing I dont want to change.

I want to be a student for all my life !!
I want to be in people for people and liked by people !!
